Help CenterThe first thing you see after clicking a template at the top is the choice of how to layout your puzzle and margin settings.
This is the first decisons you need to make is between Amazon KDP Guidelines and Paper Edges.
Normally you keep the selction on KDP Guidelines, that keeps everything inside of the margin area. If you pick page edges, it will fill the page entirely. If there is text in margin area, or things cut off you will need to edit it if you picked the second option. As it will not be accepted by KDP if left the way it is since layers will be in the margin area.
Click on "Set Additional Margins" to see your options. if you want to change the margins from their default 5 pixels or 0.016667 inches.
You can leave them the way you want they are if you want. But you may want the puzzle starting a inch down the page so the top inch is empty, or want the bottom of the page to have some empty space.
We highly suggest you just try each option on one page to fully understand the difference before filling a whole book if you have never tried the different options before.
