If it has been a bit of time and it is not appearing, like 2 or 3 days, go back to the A Plus module and see if it was declined for some reason. Look at "Content Status" column. Also check your email as they should send a email as well, it can come after a few hours after it has been declined. Also check your junk mail folder.
