If you go to the studio and you get a white screen or an endless loading loop, if you can see "Help" from the menu, click it and then choose "Clear Local Data". You may have to try reloading the page.
If that does not work, then load the Page Console by holding down CTRL + SHIFT + i, then click console tab at the top. Highlight all items and copy, and paste into a notepad file to send in with your ticket to help us resolve this issue.
