If you are having an issue within the Book Bolt Studio, one of the first things you should do when it comes to troubleshooting is check that you have the latest version.
Our team always uses the latest version of Google Chrome and it is possible something we have added, improved, or tweaked, will only work without an issue on the latest version of it.
To do so is very each to check and or update.
Open Google Chrome
At the top right, click the "⋮"
Moouseover the word "Help" and a sub-menu appears and pick "About Google Chrome"
It will either say "Chrome is up to Date"
or it will be updating to the latest version...
and when done, you will probbably have to restart Chrome for the changes to take effect.
I generally check this weekly, because even though I have auto update on, it does not seem to auto update most of the time.
