Help CenterSometimes you could have an issue with the studio, So you may have to clear your browsing data from your browser. In this example we are using Chrome on how to do this. (Please see this Troubleshooting article once you have your browsing data clear, Check that Google Chrome is Updated to the Latest Version if You Are Having Issues).
On the top right click on the ⋮
Then the menu pops out. Click on "Clear Browsing History"
Once you do this, a pop-up appears
VERY IMPORTANT: From the drop down menu, time range, pick all time, by default this can be set to today and in most cases it may not fix an issue you are having in the studio if left on that.
Keep all the boxes checked, but if you wish, uncheck Passwords and Autofill form Data so they don't get cleared.
Then press "Clear Data".
Close your browser, then reopen it and log into the studio.
