I and or L Appear Bolded in PDF

This is just a display thing, usually with people using Adobe and does not translate into print version like the way you see it.

Click Menu, then preferences and uncheck "Enhance thin lines"

Then just load your PDF again and you will see it looks more normal now. Like we mentioned this is a visual thing only and would not come out the way it looks in print.
