Delete a page on left hand page view:
Pointer over the page you want to delete, hold down Control and tap square pad.
Bring up Menu on left hand page view:
Hold down the Control key and click on a page.

For these two all you need to do is a right click with regular mouse or a two-finger click on the track pad. This pulls up a little menu and you can select DELETE, Move Up/Down, etc.
To group objects:
TWO fingertips on the trackpad plus Control key to get the Group Objects relevant menu to pop up.
Select the item you want to Copy.
Select the item you want to Copy.
Hold down the Command key (⌘) and press ( C )
Select the item you want to Paste
Hold down the Command key (⌘) and press ( V )
Dot to Dot - Removing Dots
Hold Control down and press ( X )
(Confirmed when using Safari, unsure about Chrome. Need confirmation in Chrome if this works for sure).

To enable right-click on a Mac with a mouse, you can:
Select the Apple menu
Click System Settings
Click Mouse in the sidebar
Click the Secondary click pop-up menu
Choose to click the right or left side of the mouse
You can also right-click by pressing and holding the Control key on your keyboard while clicking the mouse.
