You may be making a children's book and want an image to appear across the two pages of an open book. Yes you can do this, and make sure you had selected Bleed as an option when you created your project.
Probably the easiest way to accomplish this would be two take that one image in a graphics program and split into 2 images, perfectly in the centre. Then place the left piece on even page number and the right piece on the odd numbered page. Make sure they are aligned the same at the very top.
You may want to click settings and click "Guides and Grids" then check the box for "Pages Edges Visible" so image top is on that, on each page.
Inside the studio, it is possible to do this, using the crop tool. Place the image on a even page number, then place the same image on the next page.
On the even page, select the image, click "Crop" from the Top Menu then drag the right handle towards the left until at edge of page. Do the same on the odd page, but the opposite way.
