Yes you can, just use the sheep icon.
Select the object(s) (text, shape, image, border), click the sheep icon, and then "Clone to Other Pages".
Above the "Clone to other pages" icon, we recently we added the ability to put the object(s) at the front of all layers on the other pages (always been this way by default and this is now the default choice). You can click the drop down and pick back as well. What this will do is make it the last layer on another page. So if you have items on it and you want to add something behind them, it puts it as the last layer on the page. This saves people a lot of time going to each page after and moving it to the back.
Select the page(s) you want the object on and then click "Clone"
If want to clone 2 or more objects to other pages, hold down the shift key and click on the items you want (or use right hand area and click the radio button while holding shift key). While selected, right click and pick "Group Items" before cloning. It is not necessary to group them first if you don't want to.
If you want to copy everything on one page to 1 or many pages, then please see this article How to clone pages inside of the Book Bolt Studio.
