[AMAZON QUESTION] Can I Order a Book I Created on Amazon at a Reduced Price?

2 min. readlast update: 10.17.2023

If you order a Draft copy of your book or a Printed Proof copy, they will have across the cover, "Not for resale" on them. If you do not want that on your book, then order an Author Copy.

Once your book has been approved on Amazon KDP, you can order one of your books for a reduced price. You will be charged shipping on the book, even if you have prime. Also it can take up to a week to receive. If you just order normally and have Prime, you would get for about the same price as the author copy and quicker. Plus you get credit for the sale to help ranking (Do not review your own books).
