Book Bolt – Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from Book Bolt.

Overview

In accordance with applicable privacy laws and Platform Terms, Book Bolt provides a simple way for you to request deletion of your personal data from our systems.
To initiate a deletion request, please email our team at admin@bookbolt.io with the information listed below.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to admin@bookbolt.io with the subject line:
   “Data Deletion Request – Book Bolt.”

2. Include the following details so we can locate your account:

   • Your full name

   • The email address associated with your Book Bolt account (required)

   • If you used Facebook Login: your Facebook profile URL or Facebook User ID (optional but helpful)

   • Your country or region (for legal retention rules)

   • A brief confirmation that you want your personal data deleted

3. We will verify your identity and confirm receipt of your request. Once verified, we will begin processing the deletion.

What We Delete

Once verified, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize personal data associated with your account, which may include:

• Account profile details (name, email, identifiers)

• Usage and activity logs linked to your identity

• Billing profile data that we control (subject to legal retention requirements)

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, security, and auditing. This may include:

• Transaction records and invoices required for tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance

• Security, abuse-prevention, and audit logs

• Backups that are automatically overwritten on a fixed schedule

Third-Party Services

If you signed in with Facebook or connected other third-party services, those services may also hold copies of your data under their own policies. Deleting your data at Book Bolt does not automatically delete data held by third parties. You may need to submit separate requests to those providers.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests as quickly as practicable. Where legal retention periods apply, we will isolate and securely store the minimal required information until those periods expire, after which it will be deleted.

Confirmation
