Yes you can, please be aware of the wording though. Archive makes it seems like your book will be archived and not for sale anymore, that is not true.
If you put your mouse over the ... on the book, and click "Archive Title" it takes it off the default view of your bookshelf, but it is still being sold on Amazon. If you want to see any of your Archived Books, you click the drop down menu under "View", change it from "Your Titles" to "Archived Titles". Remember this does not remove your book from Amazon.
