[KDP PUBLISHING] Can You Edit the Title of Your Book, Author Name or Other Information on KDP Once it Has Been Approved?

Amazon KDP does not allow you to change the book Title, Subtitle or the Author Name along with a few other things.

You can edit your Description and Keywords, as well as an updated Cover or Interior along with some other things like changing Categories and Pricing of your book. To do these things, login to your Amazon KDP account and go to your bookshelf.

Find the book you want and click on the ellipsis (...) button on the right side of the book.

Pick Edit Paperback Details.

If you have a small correction to make, because of a typo / mispelling, you can email KDP and ask for a change, they will do it for you.

This is what they said in an email. "We can change Author/Title/Subtitle if it is a case of misspelling and/or Typos."

You should not unpublish and then create the same book with say the title or sub-title as the only thing that is different. KDP frowns upon that.
