You could do this if you wanted. But it would probably be much easier to write it in Microsoft Work or Google docs or some other word editor. Be sure to setup the margins in your file if working outside of Book Bolt.

Then save your book as normal, then click file (in MS Word), click Save as and then change the file type to PDF.

You could do the cover in Book Bolt.
