No you don't, these are not considered Low Content Books. You could say they are "Medium Content Books". Just using that made up phrase really as no where on KDP does it mention Medium Content Books, but it has become a popular saying online.

This does not typically include activity books, such as puzzle books or coloring books, which generally do not feature repetitive content on each page."
