We have had this question a few times and basically anymore than 4 a page would become unreadable and be a bad experience for customers. We always have to cap things at some number and 4 was decided for the word search.
As an example see below how things look on a 8.5" x 11" page.
On left top, that font size of that text that says "Puzzle Size was...." is 14 pt font and I put that there just as a reference for people to see 14 pt font and the font size below which I state on the top right, what size that is.
