Help CenterA lot of the page templates, you can right click on them and pick "Edit Contents". This breaks them apart so each element is on it's own. On the right hand side you will see each piece there.
On some of the older templates you can not right click on and pick "Edit Contents", this video will explain how to work with these premade templates to edit them to your liking.
